I'm recording a free guided grounding practice: a short audio to settle your nervous system, in the same voice and pace as my sessions.
What it will be
A gentle, guided grounding practice of around ten minutes. Something you can reach for on the days your mind won't slow down: before a difficult conversation, after a long day, or any time you want to come back to your body. No jargon, no bells, just a steady voice walking you down.
It's being recorded properly rather than rushed, because a calming audio recorded carelessly isn't calming at all. There is no download here yet, and there won't be until it's genuinely ready.

While you wait
If your nervous system needs something today, here's the simplest grounding practice I know, and it costs nothing: put both feet flat on the floor, breathe in for four counts, out for six, and name five things you can see. The longer exhale matters more than anything else. Repeat until the room comes back.
